This is a small exclusive hotel with personal flair, consisting of the 2 Altstadthotel and Residenz buildings, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area. Just leave your car in the garage, as all of city’s sights are within walking distance.
Please note that the Residenz building has no lift. There is a new hotel spa with indoor swimming pool, sauna, infra-red cubicle and massage. There is free DVD rental and a free internet terminal, as well as free wireless LAN internet access in the public areas.

If you come from Vienna:
On the highway take the Exit "Salzburg-Nord"; keep straight on on the Street "Vogelweiderstrasse"; in the front of the "Stadtberg" turn right into the Street "Schallmooser Hauptstrasse", after the Hotel Hofwirt (on the right side) turn right into the Street "Franz-Josef-Strasse"; after the 3rd street turn on the left into the "Schrannengasse" and immidiatly to the left, agian into the Street named "Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse"
If you come from Munich, Innsbruck or Villach:
Exit "Salzburg-Mitte" of the highway; keep staight on towards the city center; after the bridge "Salzachbrücke" turn to the right after the 3rd traffic light into the "Rainerstrasse"; straight on to the castle "Schloß Mirabell" (on the right side), then to the left into the "Paris-Lodron-Strasse", then to the right into the "Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse"
