The apartments are located in one of the principal tourist areas of Benidorm, with restaurants, food stores, pubs and very near the water parks in the city.

Arrivals:
In the absence of a reception service, you are therefore required to specify your estimated arrival time (in the booking details or by telephone once the reservation has been finalised). It is also advisable that you call 30 minutes prior to you arrival in Benidorm.
Deposit:
Upon entrance in the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100 to cover any possible damages incurred during your stay. The deposit is returnable on the day of your departure, provided the apartment is in the same condition as when you arrived.
